Returns & refunds

Only products with a manufacturers defect are accepted for returns.

Once you have completed and sent the online Return Authorization Form our Customer Care team will review it, and if applicable, your request will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Sigvaris reserves the right to inspect ALL defective returns prior to providing a replacement pair.

Sigvaris is not responsible for incorrect selection of design, colour and / or the size. Please ensure you have selected the correct product and size when ordering. For sizing, please refer to the Sizing Chart on the product page before purchasing.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for worn or used merchandise for hygienic reasons.

Please note that all replacements/refunds must be made within 30 days from the invoice date.
